NOWAS s.r.o. was founded in 2010, registered in the Bratislava I District Court Commercial Register, Sec.  Sro., Insert No. 69367/B.

In 2016, the Ministry of the Environment of the SR granted NOWAS s.r.o. the authorization for the activities of the association of producers’ responsibility for packaging and non-packaging, electrical equipment and tires.
